Provider and enrollment status

Simmons Contracting Solutions LLC, operating as SCS Professionals, provides these courses. Support: info@scsprofessionals.com. Published prices describe the planned paid offer; no tuition is accepted while checkout says enrollment is closed. Enrollment begins only after successful payment confirmation.

Course format and scope

Courses are self-paced online professional education in English. One learner receives the listed course materials, saved learning records and course assessments for 12 months from successful payment. Mechanical Operator Preparation and Facility Manager Core include Fundamentals. This purchase does not include live instruction, individually graded coaching, equipment access, supervised practice, job placement or an employer qualification assessment.

Your account and technology

You must be 18 or older and use your own Sign in with ChatGPT account. A free account is sufficient. Use a current browser and a reliable internet connection. Course pages and worksheets are delivered online; progress saves require a connection. Audio reading uses your browser where supported. Before purchase, try the free sample and system labs to check suitability. Individual accounts and course materials may not be shared or resold.

Prices and upgrade credit

Prices are stated in USD and are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Applicable tax is displayed before payment. An active, paid standalone $99 Fundamentals purchase can qualify for a $99 credit toward Mechanical or Facility Manager using the same account. The credit has no cash value, cannot be duplicated or transferred, and does not apply to refunded, expired, included or complimentary access. If another eligible pathway is bought, the credit offsets only the Fundamentals component of that pathway. Team rates require at least five seats in the same course and a separate confirmed quote.

Completion and assessments

A course-completion record requires marking all lessons read, submitting a worksheet of at least 100 characters for every module, passing each module check at 80% or higher, and passing the course check at 80% or higher. Retakes are allowed. Worksheets are self-reviewed against guides, not individually graded. These checks document learning activity; they do not establish observed job competence. The record is non-accredited and is not an industry certification, trade license, professional engineering credential or permission to operate equipment.

Career outcomes and safe use

SCS supports knowledge and interview preparation. Employers set their own experience, education, screening and qualification requirements; employment, interviews, pay and advancement are not guaranteed. Follow your employer’s current procedures and authorization limits. Fictional examples and diagrams are educational, not operating instructions. Do not perform live equipment work based solely on these materials. SCS does not claim GI Bill approval or endorsement by any employer or manufacturer.

Refunds and support

A full refund may be requested within 14 calendar days of successful payment under the refund policy. Contact info@scsprofessionals.com with your order reference and purchasing email. Technical and enrollment support are provided by email. No specific response time or round-the-clock support is promised. If access fails, report the problem so SCS can restore access or address an eligible refund.

Changes, conduct and applicable rights

Course content may be corrected or improved during your access term. SCS will address a material loss of purchased access through restoration, an appropriate extension or refund. Misuse, unauthorized redistribution or payment disputes may restrict access; contact support to resolve an error. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived. These terms apply to individual self-paced purchases; a team quote may set additional agreed delivery terms.
