Refund Policy

Updated October 31, 2026. A clear 14-day window for individual self-paced course purchases.

Individual course purchases

Request a full refund within 14 calendar days of successful payment, including when you have already opened lessons. No completion-percentage restriction applies to this window. After 14 days, ordinary change-of-mind refunds are not offered, without limiting any rights required by law or remedies for a service problem.

How to request a refund

Email info@scsprofessionals.com from your purchasing email address. Include your order reference, course name and a request for a refund. Do not send card numbers. The request date determines whether you are inside the 14-day window. If an access problem prevents you from finding an order reference, include your purchasing email and approximate purchase date.

What happens next

SCS verifies the purchase and returns an approved refund to the original payment method through the payment provider. The time for funds to appear depends on the provider and bank; SCS does not promise an instant credit. A full refund ends access granted by that order, including included Fundamentals access. Separately paid active courses remain available. A refund does not turn a course-completion record into an industry qualification.

Upgrades and team purchases

An upgrade refund returns the amount actually paid for that upgrade. It does not automatically refund an earlier Fundamentals order. Earlier purchases follow their own 14-day window. Team purchases require a quote describing seat delivery and refund terms before payment; do not use individual checkout to pay for an unconfirmed team arrangement.

Payment problems

Contact SCS promptly for a duplicate payment, incorrect charge or unavailable purchased access. Do not make a second payment while a first payment is pending confirmation. SCS will investigate and correct verified billing errors. Open payment disputes may temporarily suspend the affected order while the payment provider resolves them.
